HAPPENING NOW | The University, headed by President Dr. Roy N. Villalobos, awards a Plaque of Recognition to Hon. Doris "Nanay Bing" E. Maniquiz, Representative of the 2nd District of Zambales, who shared her wisdom and experiences to the graduates of PRMSU North Campuses today, during the PRMSU 7th Commencement Exercises (Cluster 1), Aug. 12.
